The cooler slopes of South Australia's Eden Valley consistently produce many of Australia's great Rieslings. As young wines, Eden Valley Rieslings show floral aromatics with fresh, crisp and bracingly tangy flavours on the palate.Deliciously lively in their youth, Eden Valley Rieslings tend to soften and deepen with age. The 2003 Eden Valley Riesling has been bottled using the Stelvin closure to maximise freshness and guarantee quality. The citrus like fruit flavours of the Riesling grape are complimented by a natural steely acidity leading on to a dry, crisp finish.
