Colour: Dense red/black. Bouquet: Beautifully integrated showing complex characters of minty cassis, violets andFrench oak overtones. Palate: A classical Barossa Cabernet with excellent fruit, a rich middle palate, structural finesse and a firm tannin finish. Cellaring: Excellent cellaring potential and will continue to improve in the bottle for 5 -10 years, if stored in a dark, cool place.
