When our Viticulture and Winemaking team looked to expand its collection of Australia’s best loved varieties, they turned their attention to the Italian inspired wine style of Pinot Grigio. The best fruit was picked from the cool-climate Adelaide Hills region, synonymous with producing well balanced, steely Pinot Grigio with crisp acidity and a medium, dry finish
