It is a light yellow in color, with some particulate matter. The bouquet has notes of cinnamon and a sweeter apple. The taste intensifies that apple, to maybe a sweet apple pie or apple jolly rancher. It also has a bitterness that detracts from my enjoyment of the wine. There is some acidity.
