RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Lean and tightly wound at this stage, with lemon, orange and vanilla notes embedded in the structure. Fine clarity and balance, with the flavors persisting through the finish. Best from 2004 through 2010.
Light yellow. Ripe apple and melon aromas are complicated by sweet butter and baking spices. Fleshy, moderately concentrated orchard fruit flavors are complemented by marzipan and floral honey. Gently chewy on the finish, with the honey note repeating. This is ready to drink.
Opens with young, powerful aromas of freshly baked bread crust, mushroom and lime, and then blasts onto the palate. The bold green apple flavors are intense, and wrapped in lively acids that make this Champagne crisp and agreeable now, as well as eminently ageable.
Reticent aromas and flavors hinting at vanilla pastry, peach, citrus and ginger, all beautifully integrated with its firm structure and supple texture. A roasted, nutty element emerges on the finish. Drink now through 2010.
Subtle and creamy, with peach and apple flavors shaded by grapefruit and yeast accents. This is compact, despite being ripe, and finishes firm and crisp. Drink now through 2018.
Ripe, full, and just hinting at maturity, this remains P-J's flagship Champagne. It's poised, elegant and fresh, with signs of nuttiness. A vibrant, joyful wine, it continues to live up to its exuberant bottle.
The famous Belle Epoque bottle design is based on a 1902 bottle by Emile Galle. Today's blend of this prestige cuvee is a fine balance between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, crisp and fresh in a ripe, mature aperitif style. It is lively but complex, showing some toasty flavors to compliment the rich, ripe green fruit tastes. Great balance and elegance.
