My favorite champagne, a lighter more fresh taste, I much prefer it to Moet or Veuve!
Enjoyed this champagne with a group of my girlfriends on a celebratory night out. Perfect for the cool autumn evening by the river Thames in Windsor, England. Crisp, honey backnotes, with hints of citrus and a rather obvious hit of pear. Not the lightest champagne I've had, but certainly clean, concise and to the point. A simple, yet layered and lovely champagne. Would certainly order again.

Layers of yeastiness and a light touch of vanilla balance the citrus notes in this wine, hinting at sweet mandarin orange. Itandrsquo;s soft and round.
Tart golden apple and sweet honey scents form the backdrop for this brisk, round Champagne. Itandrsquo;s supple in the middle, with citrusy acidity cleaning up the finish. For aperitifs.
This wineandrsquo;s light flavors of roast green apple finish firm, juicy and clean. A hint of toasty brioche makes it a fine aperitif.
A gentle mousse nudges the honey, vanilla, citrus and ginger notes across the palate in this round, creamy Champagne. Itandrsquo;s rich, yet subtly flavored, with a nutty finish. Drink now.
Yeast, toast and bread dough characterize the austere but complex nose on this finely crafted wine. Itandrsquo;s quite dry, with impressions of earth, mineral, toast and just the barest hint of lime. Quite full-bodied, it could even improve with a year or so in the bottle.
The NV Grand Brut is a pleasing, creamy-textured wine with good definition in its flavors and lovely overall harmony. The houseandrsquo;s NV Brut is 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, with 10andndash;20% of reserve wines added. Disgorged on November 14, 2007. Anticipated maturity: 2008andndash;2010.
