Food Pairings for Perrier-Jouët Champagne Blend Champagne Grand Brut
Wonderful nose with notes of caramel, pears, and cherries. The body is very well balanced with good acidity that spreads out over the length. The fruited caramel really comes out on the finish too.
Mineral, biscuit, and toast on the nose with citrus joining in on the palate. Very fine mousse. There is crisp acidity on the front that gives way to a nice, dry finish. Pleasantly balanced. This was a very pleasing non-vintage brut champagne.
Light crisp, chalky notes with some sweetness. Served with baked cod with herb butter.
Delicate bubbles rise through a light straw colored champagne. Bubbles were tiny and vast, the mousse was nice and frothy . Light grapefruit, orange, apple, citrus.Hint of wet stone on the finish. Very nice acidity. Martini Bar@Grand Hyatt Singapore
Excellent. Nice, clean, bright strawberry flavors. One of my top choice rose champagnes.
Just a little yeasty, honey notes with a nice fruit backbone. Very enjoyable.
My favorite champagne, a lighter more fresh taste, I much prefer it to Moet or Veuve!

A collaboration between Champagne Perrier-Jouet and London-based artist Claire Coles created themed designs that capture each of the champagne s individual character; the House s style theme which is lively and fresh for Grand Brut
Bright gold. Earthy, smoky aromas of apple, pear and sweet butter. A rich, powerful style, with deep orchard fruit flavors and complicating mushroom and toffee notes. Serve this with food.
A toasty version, displaying a polished texture and flavors of Golden Delicious apple, pastry and spiced orange peel. This is lively, with a pretty floral note running throughout. Drink now.
This is what you expect a prestige Champagne to look, smell and taste like. Poised and stylish, it layers sharp citrus fruit with spicy wood and light toast. Layers of citrus, tangerine and flower blossoms unfold elegantly; lime and grapefruit accents add interest, and above all it comports itself with impeccable balance, precision and grace.
This is typical of the light, floating style of Perrier-Jouet. There is richness and a soft finish from a relatively high dosage, but the wine is also elegant, leaving flavors of orange peel and a touch of toast.
Toast and apple in a lighter styled wine with fine balancing acidity. Well structured and lingering.
Very complex, leesy aroma of biscuit, spice and lemon. Bright flavors of lemon, spice and orange sorbet; has an enticing creamy, mouthfilling quality and terrific depth of flavor. A medium-bodied, rather gently styled wine with moderate dosage and lovely richness. Finishes with a chalky note. Excellent food Champagne, and a superb non-vintage bottling.
