Mineral, biscuit, and toast on the nose with citrus joining in on the palate. Very fine mousse. There is crisp acidity on the front that gives way to a nice, dry finish. Pleasantly balanced. This was a very pleasing non-vintage brut champagne.

Enjoyed this champagne with a group of my girlfriends on a celebratory night out. Perfect for the cool autumn evening by the river Thames in Windsor, England. Crisp, honey backnotes, with hints of citrus and a rather obvious hit of pear. Not the lightest champagne I've had, but certainly clean, concise and to the point. A simple, yet layered and lovely champagne. Would certainly order again.
A pale golden yellow in color, this champagne is outstanding. Crisp flavors of pear, green apple and a touch of pineapple. This champagne has no harsh bite to it and a nice bubble. A must have.

All the lightness of white floral notes: hawthorn blossom, linden blossom and white clover. A fresh, stylish wine with good structure, silky and elegant, based on the mineral notes of the best Chardonnay Grand Crus.
Sweet apple and redder fruit flavors finish on lemon candy in this accessible Champagne. Serve is as an aperitif.
On the dry side, offering graphite and mineral aromas, grapefruit, honey and freshly baked bread flavors. Though light in weight, this shows fine intensity and a toasty, honey-accented finish. Drink now through 2011.
This is typical of the light, floating style of Perrier-Jouet. There is richness and a soft finish from a relatively high dosage, but the wine is also elegant, leaving flavors of orange peel and a touch of toast.
Very complex, leesy aroma of biscuit, spice and lemon. Bright flavors of lemon, spice and orange sorbet; has an enticing creamy, mouthfilling quality and terrific depth of flavor. A medium-bodied, rather gently styled wine with moderate dosage and lovely richness. Finishes with a chalky note. Excellent food Champagne, and a superb non-vintage bottling.
Bright gold. Earthy, smoky aromas of apple, pear and sweet butter. A rich, powerful style, with deep orchard fruit flavors and complicating mushroom and toffee notes. Serve this with food.
