Floral notes of honeysuckle and hints of toasted almond lead to a silky texture. A good match for grilled shrimp.

If Viognier offers a complex, floral alternative to Chardonnay, then Pinot Grigio is at the other end of the spectrum - clean, fresh and a touch on the lean side. This crisp wine has a more focused character than other white wines, making it an easy accompaniment to a wider range of foods - the wine won't overshadow the meal, but offers a great counterpoint to more complex foods.

This Pinot Grigio pours a light straw color and immediately shows off a nice grassy nose with a little lemon zest. It is a stylistically Italian nose; subtle with nice minerality. Green apple fresh lime and limestone come through on the palate focused and defined. It displays the crisp acidity familiar to Pinot Grigio lovers but what sets this wine apart is its depth and lushness. The finish is long and intense with hints of marmalade and citrus sorbet. Refreshing and refined this Pinot Grigio will appeal to casual drinkers and enthusiasts alike.

Wine Tasting NotesPale yellow color with intense tangerine and lychee aromas. Very crisp, snappy acidity is backed by honeysuckle and rose petal notes. Try it wtih fresh berries or fruit salads, lemon-thyme chicken or Ahi tuna dishes.
