Made from Melon de Bourgogne, this white is dry, crisp and refreshing, and always what I pull when I'm having fresh oysters. Light to medium-bodied, with distinctive minerality, an almost briny character, and an enticing, soft mouthfeel.
OMG!!!! wow, A MUST BUY!!!!!!!!! out standing, very pale straw colour , 12% Abv, slightly yeasty nose, smells of fresh essence of citrus, and slight green apple. first taste; just blown away!!!! high acidity, perfectly balanced, very light body!!!!!!! short to meddium finish. this wine is a "Sur Lie" meaning as the dead yeast cells fall into the wine, they are left in the wine, as is the raft created by the yeast cells that float to the top, both the raft and the dead yeast cells with in the wine are left with in for further fermentation, this prolongs shelf life/freshness, and creates a unique flavour profile of complexity and stability, this wine is made with stainless steel fermentation preserving the freshness and outstanding quailties that lay with in the grapes. rating: 90 Grapes!!
