Pepiere Muscadet Granite de Clisson 2007

External Review by Astor Wines & Spirits:

While granite soil is not typical of Muscadet, winemaker Marc Olivier has plenty on his hands. This is a Muscadet from granite soils that's aged on the lees for 24 months. Firm minerals, subtle fruits and clearly a wine that can be held for years to come. Now in magnum bottle size!

While granite soil is not typical of Muscadet, winemaker Marc Olivier has plenty of this great soil on his hands. This is a Muscadet from granite soils that's made with wild yeasts and then aged on the lees for 24 months. Firm minerals, subtle fruits and clearly a wine that can be held for years to come.
