Served as a Thanksgiving apertif--just enough effervescence to make your mouth feel especially happy.
Vibrant fruit, with a touch of sweetness on the front gives way to heavier berry notes and a touch of acid with light tannins on the finish. A very guest-friendly wine to enjoy alone or with food.

Inky ruby. Deep, smoky aromas of blackberry, blueberry and cherry-vanilla, with a gentle note of black pepper. Round, juicy and sweet, offering pliant dark fruit flavors and no obvious tannins. Finishes with an expansive dark berry compote quality and good, sweet cling.
A full bodied, rich and powerful offering, this wine is made complex by the ferminity of its perfumed nose, concentrated deep purple ruby colour, fine grained, balanced tannins and a sweet juicy palate.
McLaren Vale has an unrivaled reputation in Australia, and indeed the world, for growing full-flavored Shiraz that is ripe yet balanced. This one makes use of a technique perfected in France's Côte-Rôtie: the winemakers add a little Viognier to the Shiraz, creating a stunning and complex wine.
A great value in unoaked Chardonnay, the 2006 Woop Woop features understated peach and pineapple aromas but really roars to life on the palate. It's broad and mouthfilling but not overly fat, firming up and gaining focus on the finish, where it effortlessly blends peach, melon and pineapple flavors. Drink now.
This is polished, with a cola edge to the berry flavors, finishing with some density. Drink now.
