The grapes are grown on the sunny hillsides of the Cabardès at 700 - 1000 ft above sea level, with views of the Pyrenees, Massif Central and the Medieval town of Carcassonne. The wines are produced as traditional regional reds, whites, rosés and a late harvest dessert wine in the Alsace style. The main grapes are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, Malbec (Cot), Cabernet Franc and Cinsault for reds. Whites are produced from Chardonnay, Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussane and Sauvignon Blanc. These are released as blends as well as single varietal styles.  Read less
