Winemakers Notes
Made of 100% Riesling. Fermented and aged at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks for optimum fruit concentration. This wine has notes of ripe peach marmalade, layers of sweet and fresh tropical fruit, honey and hints of white pepper. The flavors are an explosion of pineapple, apricot, floral honey, oranges and cardamom spice with lemon drops and spicy oak to harmonize the long finish. Pairs well with pate or foie gras, blue veined cheeses and spicy Asian cuisine. Serve chilled at 8-10ºC.

Over the top fruit, elegant and intense. Rich and full but finishes dry and refreshing. Perfect for foie gras or the cheese trolley
Wife's nephew gave it to us from Canada. A little too sweet for my taste but very satisfying. The texture was smooth and thick just enough to linger in the palate. Very good dessert wine.
Enjoyed even more the second time around. Definitely improving with age. Lots of complexity with aromas of peach, apricot and honey. Great acidity and balance. Love this wine.
Outstanding ice wine ... complex and incredibly well balanced. Was not over sweet as some ice wines tend to be.
