Pelissero Pasquale Barbaresco Bricco San Giuliano 2006

Editorial Review by Gregory Dal Piaz:

AWE blind tasting - a touch of caramel and spice but well integrated wood, cinnamon spiced, very fresh fruit, a little peachy, macerated flowers, a bit of roast meatiness, a little bit of sweetness, fairly elegant, tannins are a bit prominent but nice and crisp, lovely bitter cherry fruit tone, with some sandalwood and rosehip notes, finishes with very drying tannins, a bit tough but balanced 87-88
