Welcome to Pelee Island Winery, Canada's warmest and southernmost appellation. Pelee Island is one of Canada's true gems of nature and a perfect destination for a day trip or weekend getaway.
This wine is light body and young. The finish is kind of short. It will taste better after a few years. None the less it is a fun wine to drink. I enjoyed it with roasted cashew nuts.
not very dry, very smooth.
Bright, slightly sweet on the palate with a dry finish. Exellent!
Being from Southern Ontario myself, I have long been exposed to this brand of wine. Recently, though, I've gotten into Pinot Noirs, and I found this one at the local wine store. Very delicious.
