Big nose, full, soft, complex, good depth, flavours and complexity. Lots of flavour, and good acidity. Drink 2009-12.

Peel Cabernet is always a deep black-red, immediately indicating depth of character and a capacity for aging. The bouquet is rich and herbaceous with a brooding character seen in many of the great Médoc wines. The fruit flavors are typically Cabernet - blackcurrant and dark cherry, but there is richness in Peel Cabernet which allows it to develop over 5 to 6 years. Try to keep some bottles for aging!
