Wine Tasting NotesMade in my favorite style of Ros wines - just off-dry. Fruity strawberry and raspberry flavors are highlighted in this crisp, enjoyable wine. Because we pick the Zinfandel fully ripe, all the fruitiness comes directly from the grapes! I particularly enjoy this wine with tossed salads, light chicken dishes or BBQ chicken and it matches well with salmon or prawns, even oysters!

Winemaker's Notes:

Remarkable ruby-red color with aromas of just-picked strawberries. Red raspberry, currant and plum flavors are highlighted in this crisp, enjoyable wine. This potpourri of fruit, with time, will take on a jammy element but don’t wait too long—Rosés are made to be consumed early. We particularly enjoy this wine with burgers, roast chicken or grilled salmon.
