Soft on the nose with gentle herb notes, cedary, pencil shaving oak, forest floor, with some mineral back ground tones and a touch of leather. Smells a bit Bordeaux like. Light bodied, a touch astringent but that is well balanced by the ripe fruit sweetness right behind the astringency. Lovely purity and freshness with judiciously used oak framing the bright red currant fruit. Pretty high acid for the genre but really well balanced and eminently drinkable with solid complexity and good length to the zesty cherry fruit. An impressive wine with its fine balance and surprising complexity. 90pts

nice peppercorn finish. really feel it on the back of the throat. The front end is loaded with flavors from IHOP berry syrup. Kinda hard to explain. I did like it though. should age well for a few years.

not too thick, not too oaky. Goldilocks would approve of this wine. Just extremely well balanced with some definite aging potential. but even at this young age it handles itself extremely well.

Sensational old world type Cab. Be sure to let it breathe first. If you have a decanter, this is the time to use it.

Tasted this wine at the Snooth Panel tasting: This was my favourite of the first flight that we tried at the Snooth tasting. This wine had aromas of red fruit with some spice and graphite. It was a soft wine that was balanced but not outstanding.

A very soft cedar nose, with some herbal tones. Medium bodied and a bit astringent - thin for me, but everyone else liked it. Well priced and a good deal, just not for me.

Light nose, hints of oak also light in the mouth with some burnt & sour cherry flavors. Although the structure is well-balanced between tannins and acidity, I found the wine to be a bit thin for my tastes.

Deep maroon color in the glass. Aromas of ripe plum, black currantand toasty oak follow through on the palate. The concentrated flavorsand great structure along with firm tannins framing the wine lead to afinish that is simply elegant. Obviously this wine has no connection toa world famous British Special Agent. It's simply the name of a vineyardblockSauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Wine Tasting NotesRich, violet red color. Layers of blackberry and cherry laced with a complementary hint of green pepper-like spiciness. The mouth lends itself to a bright acidity, in just the right amount to showcase the fruit. Lingering spice and firm tannins round out the finish. Our Three Vineyards Cabernet is ready to enjoy upon release or cellar up to five more years.
