Pedernales Texas Viognier 2010

Member Review by tabednar:

My favorite from the Vineyard when I visited in 2012. I bought a bottle of this to bring home. Very fresh crisp mouth feel. Medium bodied with a burst of citrus and peach and a subtle touch of honey in the background that coat the palate. Very nice balance of acidity with a refreshing finish.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
