I first encountered this wine at wonderful wine oriented restaurant and was just enthralled by its wonderful nose and finish. I would love to have more if only someone other the restaurants would carry it in New Orleans.Add winemaker's notes
In a special area for the making of Dolcetto wine, the Pecchenino brothers want to achieve a high-quality production standard. Around 25 hectares of vines, farmed without insecticides and using the best and most modern techniques.
