Ruby red with violet highlights. Fruit-forward with notes of currants, raspberries, blackberries and prunes. Well-balanced with sweet tannins and good acidity. Pairs well with appetizers, pastas, white meats, red meats and roasts. Not yet reviewed; 2015 vintage rated 90 points by Wine Spectator: Black cherry, boysenberry and violet candy flavors mark this pretty, juicy red. Shows excellent purity and intensity, with the emphasis on the fruit.
