Love this wine. Complex with lots of layers but did seem a little restrained at first. Definitely opened up a lot during dinner. Colour: Deep garnet, almost completely opaque. Aroma: A little muted, some dark cherry and some smoke Taste: a bit of spice, good acidity and balance, fruit evolved as it opened up.
