June 07 release. More restrained and complex in style with red fruits and spice held in nice balance. Spicy finish, with notes of cocoa and coffee. 14% alc/vol
Very soft, smooth, well balanced. Certainly not a California fruit bomb but more of a soft velvet wine to lose yourself in. Although the Westside is less expensive, I find it more interesting. Nevertheless, this is certainly a wine you can drink too much of!
Raspberries on the nose and a welcome restrained style on body. No fruit bomb bombardment intention on the winemaking. Lighter style with some acid to back it up. Reflects what can be expressed by picking before the grapes turn to raisins.
