The 2009 Pazo de Galegos is Mineral-driven with aromas of lime, pink grapefruit and pear. Intense overlay of chalk and herbs. Nervy and precise, offering pure citrus and floral flavors and notes of anise and fresh bay. Expands with air and finishes with excellent clarity and spicy persistence. (Notes by Josh Raynolds)
