The color of white gold in the glass with aromas of lime and melon filling the air. As you dig deeper the fruit is backed by the smell of chestnut, slate stone and almond skins, which provide wonderful complexities in the nose. The palate is full with sour apple, orange zest and hazelnut leading to a sweet mid-palate with tongue curling acidity. The finish is complex and long showing more lime and pineapple. Not sure about the previous note listed on this wine here at cellar tracker but I must think the taster had a bad bottle, this was a pleasure to drink.
