Paul Newman's Own Cabernet Sauvignon
this is a very light cabernet; delicious with both steak and fish. it was not heavy enough to finish with chocolate dessert as so many other cabernets are, but all in all we thought it wonderful and an excellent buy.Add winemaker's notes

This is a fine wine from the Napa Valley. Very fruit forward with nuances of caramel, black currant, jiggy tannins for you tannin lovers and a nice bit of smokey finish. It is extremely well balanced, you get the idea that you are drinking a world class wine. Very affordable and delicious alone or with the red meat of your choice.
Very surprised to find this is so good and frankly cheap $$$. It is a great buy and pairs nicely with seared ahi tuna and steak as well as heavier, ruddy pasta dishes. Nice under $10 bottle with smooth and caramel, rosy undertones.
Super, crisp, spirited cab. Plus we love anything from Paul, so double delight!
