Paul Jaboulet has been a consistent producer of Rhocirc;ne wines since 1958. Again he has made a classic Cocirc;tes du Rhocirc;ne. Light in style, it is a perfect red for cool summer evenings and for pairing with barbecued chicken. It begins with a bouquet of cranberry and raspberry. Pepper is also present on the nose and continues on the palate, along with dried fruit and a hint of leather. The finish is long and dry, and letrsquo;s hope Buffalorsquo;s summer is the same.
