Paul Jaboulet Aine Gigondas Pierre Aiguille 2007
Bright red color, enlivened with purplish tinges. Generous and very aromatic. Impressions of game, red fruit (griotte cherry) and vegetal aromas that recall its native southern Garrigue region. Fresh and lively in the mouth. A well balanced wine with fine, distinct tannins, completed by a good length on the finish. Food Match: Veal, salmon, pizza, Hard cheeses, beef.
The total area of the domaine is 11 hectares, distributed in different parcels located in the districts of Monthelie, Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet, and, of course Meursault. All the vineyards were cultivated following organic agricultural practices from 1992 to 1997, at the end of this period the domaine became 100% biodynamic.
