Paul Jaboulet Aine Crozes-Hermitage Domaine Raymond Roure France 2009
This vineyard covering about 5 hectares was purchased by our company in 1996. It is situated to the north of Tain lHermitage on steep granite slopes that face south/south-east. The red wine is made from the Syrah grape variety, the vines are at least 45 years and cover a surface of 3.2 hectares (15,000 bottles). This wine has a very deep colour with hints of blue. It is a very complex wine with alot of character. It is balanced, generous and attractive to the palate. Ideal for accompanying your traditional game dishes.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
