A bit shy on the nose with gentle cherry fruit and hints of lavender and apple blossom. Nicely balanced in the mouth with bright acids and a touch of weight, lending this a rather robust mouthfeel. The fruit is simple but fresh, a nice blend of melon and light raspberry fruit that has little follow through, though there is a touch of spice on the finale. A perfectly friendly rose that shouldn’t be overlooked at the price. 84pts
