Paul Hobbs Pinot Noir Ulises Valdez Vineyard Sonoma 2007
Uggg - no good tasting notes here. I just recall we really enjoyed. I'll have to get another bottle and update this review ;)
Amazing nose! Earthy, mellow, not a "fruit bomb" but still lots going on. Lots of raisin/cherry on the palate, but not too sweet or syrupy. Rich but smooth. Had this one at a tasting and everyone was raving. Hard to describe...you'll just have to try it for yourself.
Had it NYE 2011, awesome at Aqua in Duck NC
