Paul Goerg Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs 2012

Winemaker's Notes:

In 1950 19 dedicated and ambitious wine producers joined forces to promote their terroir and produce an outstanding champagne. The end result of this association was Champagne Paul Goerg which now brings together 110 producers who carefully tend 120 hectares of Premier Cru vines planted on the renowned Cote de Blancs. This 100% chardonnay is pale golden in color with a very intense mousse. The nose is dominated by blossom, spices, and ripe fruit. In the mouth the wine is perfectly balanced. Its fresh taste is due to the chardonnay grape and its maturity to a blend of three different years.

Paul Goerg Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Soft and elegant showing delicious notes of citrus and pear, with an underlying creaminess, yet remaining lively on the palate. 100% Chardonnay from Premier Cru vineyards in the prestigious Cotes Des Blancs. The perfect aperitif, also great with chicken and seafood.

Pale golden colour with a very intense mousse. The dominant notes are orange blossom, spices, pastries and ripe fruits. In the mouth the wine is perfectly balanced, the initial fruity notes giving way to a more lemony character of a delightful freshness.
