A bright grapefruit aroma and notes of lemongrass. Great accompaniment to grilling.
Okiwa Bay Sauvignon Blanc has very slight almost absent nose with minerality and some grassy aromas but delivers on taste. On the palate, it has great full flavors of gooseberry, grapefruit, red currant and a touch of pineapple with a full and persistent finish that does not disappoint.
External Reviews for Paua Sauvignon Blanc
We found this Sauvignon Blanc to be a real treat. It's intense in all the right ways: great acidity, lovely ripeness, and rich in both texture and minerality. Also, unlike so many of its New Zealand counterparts, the aromatics are restrained, showing pretty citrus and herbal notes.
