Patz & Hall Chardonnay Mendocino County Alder Springs Vineyard 2006
This exceptional wine represents the future of Chardonnay from Alder Springs Vineyard. Perhaps our finest Chardonnay bottling from the 2006 vintage, the 2006 Alder Springs - Mendocino Chardonnay offers beautiful density and palate tension with concentrated aromas of spicy cinnamon pastry, honey, peach and pineapple. Beautifully textured with intricate stone-fruit flavors and extraordinary minerality, this is a benchmark wine from an elite mountain vineyard.
Established in 1988, Patz & Hall embodies the shared vision and collective expertise of four talented friends - Donald Patz, James Hall, Anne Moses and Heather Patz. Together, this dedicated team of individuals has turned a desire to craft benchmark, single-vineyard Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs into one of California's most celebrated artisan wineries.

The 2004 Chardonnay Durell Vineyard’s orange blossom-like characteristics are interwoven with plenty of mineral notes as well as a subtle touch of wood. With medium body, good flavor depth and richness, it should drink well for 1–2 years.
