Paso a Paso is a brand of wines produced in La Mancha, Spain. The wines use typical regional grapes, such as Tempranillo for reds and Verdejo for whites. They are offered as value-driven examples of every day drinking wines.
Dark, dark fruit, maybe a bit of molasses, on the nose, smoky right up front on the tongue with a lingering oaky finish. I really liked this one, one of the best Tempranillo's that I've enjoyed!
I thought this was really nice- we had it with a bacaloa stew and plaintains...yum!
