Lots of ripe green apples, pineapple and mango fruit here, with fresh, racy acidity harnessing it all together. Judicious toast, and a nice lengthy finish. Easy drinking wine for its strong varietals character and a soft touch of oak. The wine goes well with seafood, poultry in delicate sauces and risotto.

All our fine wines are produced at “Las Barrancas” and, the most selected ones, are made from grapes from our own vineyards. The winery “Las Barrancas” is exclusively dedicated to producing and growing of fine grapevines, which, with the ideal soil and climatic conditions of the area, produce juices of exceptional quality. Toso is also involved in producing sparkling wine and is one of the unique wineries in Mendoza which still continue with this traditional process. The Toso brand is now one of the leading sparkling wines sold in Argentina and in other countries as well. Still wines winery “Las Barrancas Winery” has all the latest, state-of-the-art technology for modern day winemaking for producing high quality wines. Modern technology and old traditions happily combine in the ageing of the wine in oak barrels in our dimly lit cellars. The total production capacity is about six million litres per annum. Sparkling wines winery Bodegas Pascual Toso has in its plant of San Jose, the traditional factory of sparkling wines by both the traditional Champenoise method and the modern Charmat method. “San Jose Winery” is located at 5 minutes from Mendoza Downtown. The original winery has been completely transformed and now, sparkling wine is produced, stored and bottled at San José. 60.000 bottles of Champenoise method sparkling wine is produced in one year, and 9.000.000 bottles are produced by the Charmat method. Just opened my first bottle. Very pleasant, sweet trannins and taste, cerrtainly not massive. Not a Cal mouth puckering CABERNET.. I am having some cheese and salami watching NBA. Very good 11.00 Cab, a lilkle sweet for my taste. I give it 86 points. Great starter wine for new wine enthusiasts..
