Pascual Toso Malbec Reserva 2008
This is a lovely Malbec with ruby black color with a purple rim. Flavors of sweet caramelized nuts, mocha, and wet clay aromas are immediately evident. This is a supple wine with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium-to full-bodied palate - ripe dark berry, mocha, and spice flavors and finishes with a long cocoa and berry fade.
Very smooth, with cherries and a rasberry finish
Well-balanced, fruit forward and very drinkable. Smooth finish with some jaminess on the palate. Medium body, light aroma of fruit and hint of wood smoke. Pairs well with crusted, pan-seared fish or chicken cutlet.
Fantastic value. Solid fruit, great balance, smooth finish.
Supple, smooth, long finish, great with steak and by itself.
