Pours a bright clear light straw color. Smells of lemons, limes and some herbs. Starts off with a nice amount of lemon zest with a hint of lime. In the middle, more citrus flavors but there is an herbal undertone that I cannot quite make out but I know I have had before. Finishes with a crisp amount of lemons and pears with the same herbal undertones. This is a nice medium bodied wine with vibrant acidity. Easy to drink on a hot day and pairs nicely with some lighter cuisines (we had with some "Summer" Pasta & Shrimp).
