This review is for Pascal Jolivet Pouilly-Fume, 2007. I'm not sure what the "Ac" is in the listing. This wine has brilliant focus, intense fruit and minerality, and the usual touch of a floral component found in many Loire Sauvignon Blancs. Deliciously high-toned alone, it is even better with food.
