SITUATION
Wine produced from a selection of 2.50 acres
called Detorbe in the village of Chavignol.

The grapes are picked after ensuring perfect
ripeness. The juice of the first pressing are
fermented naturally with wild yeasts in
stainless steel tanks with thermoregulation.

- ah, la loire! my love! this wine embodies what i consider the perfect sancerre. complex, yet not a hint of bitterness.
- Dark straw in color. Nose is deep, complex, more serious, lovely ripeness. Palate is ripe, complex, pure fruit; round for Sancerre, wonderful length with a flowery fragrance in the aftertaste. A vin de repas - wine demanding suitable food such as turbot or trout with sorrel or tarragon butter, poached oysters, spicy crawfish.
