Dark straw in color. Nose is deep, complex, more serious, lovely ripeness. Palate is ripe, complex, pure fruit; round for Sancerre, wonderful length with a flowery fragrance in the aftertaste. A vin de repas - wine demanding suitable food such as turbot or trout with sorrel or tarragon butter, poached oysters, spicy crawfish.
