Grape Variety : MavrodaphneType of wine : Sweet RedTasting notes : A chestnut-browny red, full-bodied, very dense structure, raisins, figues, jam of roses, dried fruits, walnuts and almonds create an explosive scenery for a port wine connaisseur! The finish is sublime, its sweetness is well balanced by the gentle burning of the alcohol, pointing out an excellent digestif!Technical information : This sweet Mavrodaphne is made from the Mavrodaphne grape. During fermentation, once the level of sugars desired is achieved, the producer fortifies this wine with fine eau de vie from our own production using indigenous grapes. It is then matured in oak French barrels for 5 years. - Winery ** Please Allow 2-3 Weeks Delivery Time **
