- An excellent bourbon with a full, dark cherry, walnut and tobacco-smokey flavor. Though bottled at cask strength, it finishes far smoother than one would expect (read: it doesn't burn!). Best enjoyed with a drop or two of water to fully absorb all its wonderful flavor characteristics.
