- Owners Dave Parker and Jake Sobotka want to craft elegant and pure pinots that resemble fine red burgundy in style yet respects the generally riper fruit that Oregon's Willamette Valley gives them. This was reportedly cropped at 1.5 tons to the acre and it represents fine value at roughly $25 the bottle retail. For further information contact: (323) 931-1254 This is aromatically quite elegant with pretty and pure red pinot fruit aromas plus a background lactic acid note that leads to sweet, delicious and quite precise middle weight flavors that possess a slight edge on the moderately long read more...and nicely complex finish.
