The Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon is deliberately produced as a more forward style. The wine is soft and rich with intense ripe berry aromas and smoky vanillan oak. The palate is again rich but not as restrained as the First Growth and showing slightly less grip. It is from a great vintage and still has the potential to develop with careful cellaring but can be immediately enjoyed with full flavoured foods.
