- Made from the trio of "cava" Spanish grapes: Xarello, Parellada, and Macabeo. This is a fine white wine, meant to be drunk young (finally, something I don't have to cellar!). Nicely aromatic, with medium acidity. At about $10/bottle, it is a fantastic every day drinker.
