Parducci Pinot Griglo 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

Our Pinot Noir offers aromas of juicy ripe raspberries and strawberries. Its berry flavors are full and rich on the palate, picking up a hint of cedar in the finish. Enjoy this medium bodied red wine with grilled salmon, pork tenderloin, and fine cuts of red meat.<br/>

Parducci Wine Cellars makes environment-friendly choices because they are the right ones. Right for the planet, and right for the wine. Parducci is "Family Farmed," locally owned and operated in California's Mendocino County. We are committed to Sustainable Winegrowing practices that yield top quality grapes and wines while protecting the environment and supporting our communities and local farmers. • locally owned and operated • grapes from family farms • sustainable farming practices • 100% green power • earth-friendly packaging • 1st US carbon neutral winery Parducci is owned in partnership by the grape-growing families of Tom and Tim Thornhill and Paul Dolan. They purchased the historic Parducci Wine Cellars with a shared vision to build upon the tradition and quality of the Parducci brand, with wines inspired by (and essentially connected to) Mendocino County, the place and its people. I liked it, was nice on a Saturday afternoon. Probably would be better with a nice big steak. Tasted like raspberries and forest floor.
