Full of fruit aromas and flavours of apple, pear and vanilla in a dry white wine with a long, crisp finish. The McFadden winery, certified organic in 2003 and situated in Potters Valley supplied the grapes for this wine. Under the leadership of Paul Dolan, former President of Fetzer Vineyards, Parducci are committed to socially responsible and environmentally sound agriculture and winemaking methods while working to enhance the quality, recognition and perception of Mendocino County Wines. The winery, the oldest in Mendocino, was certified as organic by CCOF in 2003 and all vineyards are either certified as or in transition to organic and biodynamic status. 150 acres practice Fish Friendly Farming whereby the use of pesticides and other controls which could be damaging to fish, are kept to an absolute minimum.
