Tasting Notes: These rare red sweet wine exhibits notes of black-cherry and blackberry soaked in alcohol together with sweet tobacco and moka hints; in the mouth is pure velvet, sweet and warm. A great meditation wines Percentage Grape: 100% Sagrantino Soil: Hills of sedimentary origin - Exposure E - SE. Altitude 280 meters above sea level Type of Harvest: manual Vinification Method: grapes are dried for 2 months on cane hurdles; fermented on skins for 8 days in a stainless steel vat. Ages in barriques for 12 months, in steel tanks for 12 months and 8 months in bottle Vinification Temperature: fermentation temp kept below 18°C Malolactic: perfomed in stainless steel vats Sugar Rate: 51+ g/l
