Winemaker's Notes:

Pungent aromas of plum, raspberry, vanilla bean, chocolate, blackberry and currant dominate the nose. Secondary aromas of cranberry, mocha, clove and hints of tobacco develop next. The wine has deep purple color and flavors of crème brulee, chocolate, plum, raspberry jam, warm pie dough and currants. The mouthfeel is rich and voluptuous with good tannins. This wine should age gracefully for 4-5 years.
