Paradisos del Sol Rosé Blend Yakima Valley Rose Paradiso 2004

Winemaker's Notes:

dry rosé. Unusual rosé. Barrel-fermented rosé, rosé aged on the lees. Unusual rosé. rosé with richness. Unusual rosé. Three lots of Cabernet Sauvignon rosé, two batches of Lemberger rosé, Sangiovese rosé, and Merlot rosé, all blended into this bottle. Unusual rosé. I write this eating lunch on a warm August summer day, in the shade of an elm tree. I just emptied the barrels to start the preparations for bottling in September. Life is good when you can have a glass with lunch! During the month of October, $1 for each bottle OR $25 for each full case sold will be donated to Breast Cancer Research (Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center).
